doorval is easy to use, provides the direction to evaluate income properties and will provide the necessary information to make an educated decision when buying or selling a property. The platform calculates information like: Cash Flow analysis, Net Operating Income, CAP, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, Return On Investments, and more! Self-branded property packages are also generate within a few clicks to help present opportunities and share to close deals faster.
Why did you build doorval?
We created this tool to help people realize the benefits of real estate investing, so they can grow wealth and create a legacy for their family. There are great opportunities for anyone to invest in, but people need to know the key metrics to properly assess the opportunity, so they can choose the best income property for their situation. With doorval you get the direction and confidence you need to close good deals faster.
Do I need to have prior knowledge of any financial indicators?
The more you understand and learn about real estate investing the better, however doorval calculates the real estate financial indicators and will help you evaluate properties, providing direction and the ability to compare and share opportunities to close good deals in less time. If there are any terms you are not familiar with, just use the tooltip icon to get a more detailed description.
How long does it take to evaluate a property?
With the doorval Quick Eval feature, you can see if a property is good or bad in less than 30 seconds. Once you spot a good one, you will enter the property specific information including property details, income, expenses and how you will structure the deal. Once you have that information entered, the metrics are calculated immediately and the property package is generate with the click of a button. Very easy and saves you a huge amount of time since you won’t be doing due diligence on bad deals.
Will the property package have my contact info or doorval’s?
All evaluations and property packages you do will have your contact information and logo that you set up in the Settings & Configurations. When you share the property packages, they will be shared via your email or Social Media accounts and people will contact you about the opportunity. doorval facilitates the sharing and we only have our logo on the property package, no contact info. It is your opportunity.
How accurate are the property evaluations and packages?
doorval can provide great insight into an opportunity, however the results of the formulas, charts, projections and packages are only as accurate as the data and numbers that are entered and used. Garbage in equals garbage out. It is important to do your due diligence, enter accurate information and know that doorval is a tool to help with your investment decisions but doorval will not be responsible or liable for any losses associated with your use of the service or any information provided through the service.
Where is doorval available?
Primarily in the United States and Canada. Although it is accessible by users all over the world, doorval is currently set up to evaluate properties with mortgages originating in the United States and Canada based upon their compound interest formulas. If you are buying and mortgaging properties in the United States and Canada or if your mortgage formulas follow their compound interest formulas you will be able to use doorval effectively.
What types of properties can I evaluate with doorval?
You can evaluate residential and commercial income properties with doorval, including Multi-Family, Single Family, Condo, Townhome, Mobile/Manufactured, Land, Office, Retail, Industrial or Hotel.
What Real Estate strategy does doorval support?
The main focus of doorval is evaluating properties that are buy and hold opportunities.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely. When you register, you will start a free trial to see how doorval can benefit you, and no Credit Card is required. Once you see how helpful doorval is, you can subscribe to a plan during the trial period or when the trial period ends.
What doorval subscription is best for me?
We make that choice easy. All subscription packages have access to the same functionality, so all you need to do is decide if you want to use doorval for 6 months or on a yearly basis and if you want to subscribe for a year then decide on monthly payments or one payment to receive an additional discount. So no matter which plan you choose, you will get all the support you need to evaluate opportunities and close deals.
Does my subscription automatically renew when my 6 or 12 months is finished?
The service does not automatically renew, but you will be notified as your subscription is approaching the end and you will be able to renew your subscription at that time.
Does doorval work on Mac, PC, tablets and phones?
Yes, doorval will work on any device that has an IE9+, Firefox, Chrome or Safari web browser. You can create evaluations on your desktop and then if you are traveling, access the same evaluations on your laptop or tablet. You can even access them on your phone but it is a lot of data to look at on a small screen.
Will there be future updates?
We continuously look for feedback from our users and look for ways to help people grow wealth in real estate. As we do updates, they are released to all our users to benefit from. If you have an idea for improvements, please share, we are here to listen.
Can I license doorval for my company or organization?
